Diagnose und Behandlungsplan hatte ich innerhalb von 3 Stunden. Und das an einem Sonntag! Hat mir sehr geholfen, weil am nächsten Tag auf Dienstreise musste. Rezept für verschreibungspflichtige Salbe wurde vorab an Apotheke gefaxt und per Post nachgeschickt. Mit der Salbe trat rasch Besserung ein. Ich war sehr, sehŕ froh über die schnelle Hilfe. Schnelle zügige Antwort
Diagnostik doch eher beim Hautarzt.
Diagnose stimmte leider nicht überein. Ich bin jetzt in der Dermatologie an der Uni Essen weil der Befund doch anders ausgefallen ist. Es hätte passen können,aber vom Bild her vöt schwer zu beurteilen

Ich war ziemlich skeptisch am Anfang, online kann das überhaupt was bringen und muss sagen ich bin mehr als positiv überrascht worden!!

Rezept online an meiner Apotheke geliefert und beste Beratung und Behandlung durch ein Facharzt mit fachlichen Attest.

How does doctorderma work?

doctorderma works very simply via the web browser of your digital device such as a smartphone, tablet or PC. The page guides you step by step through the registration process.

You don’t need to install an app, as doctorderma works via any web browser. If the quality of your uploaded images is not sufficient, we will inform you and ask for new images.

Can I use doctorderma from my cell phone?

The smartphone is ideal for using our service, as you can take the pictures you need directly with your cell phone. The quality of smartphone cameras is sufficient nowadays. You don’t need to install an app, as doctorderma works via any web browser. If the quality of your uploaded pictures is not sufficient, we will inform you and ask for new pictures.

Are the costs reimbursed by health insurance?

We charge for all medical services in accordance with the German Medical Fees Ordinance (GOÄ). This is a health service. These costs for treatment and necessary medication are usually reimbursed by private health insurance companies. Statutory health insurance companies do not normally cover the costs, but you can contact your own health insurance company and ask whether the costs can be covered. You can then submit the invoice.

Can I use doctorderma from abroad?

doctorderma can be used from anywhere, whether on vacation at the beach or on a business trip. Private prescriptions can be redeemed anywhere in the EU.

In future, artificial intelligence will be used to support our medical team to improve the quality of our diagnoses even more.
